Delivery

Moonbeam Services only deliver to addresses within the UK.

We aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving your order, using Royal Mail Standard Delivery, at the rate of £3.95.  Please allow 3-4 working days for your parcel to arrive.  If you require your items sooner, please contact us at mail@moonbeamservices.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Moonbeam Services are reliant on third parties for delivery, like most mail order businesses, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly, as a result of delivery being prevented or delayed for reasons beyond our control.  If your parcel has not arrived, please let us know as soon as you can, the sooner you alert us, the more likely we can sort out any issues.

Returns and Refunds

100% customer satisfaction is important to us, if however, you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the goods to us in its original condition, specifying your reasons and we will issue a refund no questions asked.  Please note, all returns should be actioned within 10 days of the purchase date.
